I hadn’t planned on doing a daily post for this, but I guess its one way to hold myself accountable. So here we go…
I got up at 7.30, got dressed and went for my walk! I actually did it y’all! It was 1.45 miles, and I loved every second of it. This was an awesome start to my day.

I know that things will get harder before they become habit. It’ll rain, be cold, I’ll sleep badly etc, but I’m done letting things I have no control over stop me from doing the things I DO have control over.
After my walk, I did 15 minutes of meditation while my coffee was cooling enough to drink, so that’s a second habit to stick to. I know, I know, I said I was going to focus on one habit at a time, but these two (morning walk and meditation) just fit so well together.
The rest of the day was pretty meh, but at least I started the day right. Lets see if I manage this again tomorrow…
